Sumario:The purpose of this research was to determine the level of relationship between school management and the satisfaction of parents in the Initial Educational Institution No. 454 "Mi Casita del Saber", Nauta, 2024. The study was framed in a research type relational, with a non-experimental and correlational design. The population was made up of 100 parents whose children attend said institution. For data collection, the survey technique was used through a questionnaire validated by three experts in the area. The reliability of the instrument was verified using Cronbach's Alpha coefficient. The results showed a proportion coefficient of 0.836, indicating a positive and strong relationship between the variables. This suggests that an improvement in school management is associated with an increase in parental satisfaction. Furthermore, the statistical analysis, with a significance value (p = 0.05), confirmed the validity of this relationship.
