The objective of the research is to determine the effects of a psychoeducational intervention on the life project on the achievement motivation of first-level students of the Faculties of Education and Nursing UNAP 2015. For this, a questionnaire was applied to a sample of 42 students of the first level faculties of nursing and education, through a quasi-experimental study. The results after the program concluded that the cases with achievement motivation were greater in the experimental group than in the control group. Concluding that the effects of the psychoeducational intervention on the life project showed significant results, since the experimental group managed to present achievement motivation with statistically significant results in comparison to the frequencies observed before the psychoeducational intervention.
