Sumario:The general objective of this research work was to develop and implement a low[1]cost electronic device to efficiently manage lighting fixtures and electrical devices in a home, and as specific objectives: to verify that the low-cost device improves effectiveness based on the electricity consumption of a home, likewise to verify that the low-cost device improves the effectiveness in terms of saving economic resources in a home, it is of a quantitative approach and according to the level of the research it is technological application and according to the intervention of the researcher it is pre-experimental , according to the number of measurements it is cross-sectional and according to the planning of the data collection it is prospective, the study population is the registration times of the indicators to measure the dependent variable, for which the sample will be 100% of the population , the data collection procedure will be the method of observation, or Using an observation sheet for this, and the information processing will be done with the SPSS statistical software, the results were largely very satisfactory, achieving an effectiveness in electricity consumption of 112%, and the effectiveness in economic savings is of 109%, in this way the Research Hypothesis is accepted: "The low-cost electronic device efficiently manages lighting fixtures and electrical devices in a home."
