Sumario:The relevance of the study lies in uncovering the relationship between parental satisfaction and performance in a primary educational institution in Beirut. To carry out the study, a relational research approach and a cross-sectional, bivariate fieldwork were considered. The study focused on parents as the unit of analysis, with a population and sample size of 104 parents, who were administered validated questionnaires using survey techniques to collect data. The results reveal a significant correlation (Kendall's Tau-b = 0.969) between parental satisfaction and performance at Primary Educational Institution No. 60252 El Amazonas Beirut, supported by a notable statistical significance (p < 0.001). This indicates that a high level of parental performance is closely linked to their degree of satisfaction. Furthermore, Student's t-test analysis shows a significant value (t = 11.3823, p < 0.001), reinforcing the association between the variables studied and validating the proposed hypothesis.
