description La Superintendencia Nacional de los Registros Públicos (SUNARP) es el ente público encargado de inscribir y publicitar actos de las personas de manera oportuna; y para ello se requiere destinarse fondos públicos para las campañas de capacitación de sus servicios; motivo por el cual, la presente tesis tiene como objeto determinar la relación de la programación presupuestal y la ejecución financiera de la Zona Registral N° IV – Sede Iquitos, periodo 2015 - 2019. De acuerdo con esta propuesta corresponde establecer una investigación de tipo Descriptivo, nivel Correlacional y de diseño No Experimental, llegando a la conclusión que no existe relación entre la Programación Presupuestal y la Ejecución Financiera en la Zona Registral N° IV – Sede Iquitos, durante el quinquenio antes señalado, afirmación que es sustentada en el resultado del coeficiente de Correlación (r) que fue r = -0.3236681708; valor muy alejado de 1; y además, el Coeficiente de Determinación (R2) alcanzo el valor de R2 = 0.1047610848; también alejado de 1; es decir, no existe relación y determinación entre la Programación Presupuestal (variable dependiente) y la Ejecución Financiera (variable independiente), además, según el análisis de regresión realizado y teniendo el valor negativo del parámetro ��1 ̂ , lo cual indica que existe una relación inversa entre la Programación Presupuestal y la Ejecución Financiera, es decir, si se incrementa la variable independiente entonces disminuye la variable dependiente.
