Sumario:The purpose is to analyze how job satisfaction affects the resignation intentions of employees of the National Program "Together" in 2022, Loreto territorial unit. This research includes explanations and a quantitative approach, with a non-experimental, cross-sectional and correlational design. The study population is 91 public servants, the sample has an equal size, through a sample census. A survey was used with a questionnaire of 16 questions to measure job satisfaction and 7 questions to evaluate the intention to leave the job, using ordinal scale responses. The first dimension has a weak counter-effect of intentions to leave work on intrinsic factors of satisfaction, while the second dimension has a weak counter-effect of intentions to leave work on extrinsic factors of satisfaction. There is little inverse relationship between job satisfaction and intentions to quit a job. It concludes that there is a weak negative correlation between job satisfaction and the intention to resign that is observed in public servants of the National Program for Direct Support to the Poorest "Together" Loreto-Iquitos territorial unit in the year 2022.
