This final report aimed to determine the relationship between personal finances and financial well-being in the members of the Association of Motorcycle Drivers of the Province of Ucayali Contamana 2023, worked with a method applied with a non-experimental design, selecting a population of 250 members from which a sample of 152 was taken from whom a questionnaire of questions was used for data collection. The results show that the level of personal finances is regular (35%), since they sometimes keep track of their expenses on a weekly basis. However, they tend to prioritize the payment of their outstanding debts and in most cases identify a surplus of their income to allocate it to savings. Regarding the financial well-being of the members, it is fair (33%), because they are not prepared for unforeseen expenses and almost never have money left over at the end of the month. Finally, it was determined that there is a significant positive relationship (rho=.891; p=.000) between the variables.
