Sumario:The objective of the research was to determine the relationship between the seller's profile and the decision to purchase women's clothing in the city of Requena, 2022, where an applied study, descriptive level and non-experimental design was chosen, in which It had a sample of 384 women, for data collection the survey technique was used and the questionnaire as an instrument, information that has been processed in the Excel program and SPSS V.26. The results show that the seller's profile was rated as regular by 26%. Likewise, the purchase decision was qualified as regular by 27% of those surveyed. The work0 concluded that there is a significant and positive relationship between the seller's profile and the purchase decision, contrasted by means of the correlation coefficient of 0.846. In the same way, a significance of 0.757 was determined for attitude; for personal skills a significance of 0.793; for sales skills a significance of 0.750; and for knowledge, a significance of 0.639, given this, there is a (bilateral) significance at the 0.000 level, rejecting the null hypothesis, accepting the research hypothesis. It was determined using the Cronbach’s Alpha statistic, an index of 0.888 has been calculated for the data of the vender profile variable, and an index of 0.880 for the purchase decision data.
