Sumario:The general objective of the report was to determine the relationship between culture and tourism development in the Association of Artisans of the City of Iquitos, 2023. Using a type of applied study of a descriptive-correlational level and non-experimental design, taking as population to 135 artisans who were used a survey to collect information. After the results, it was evident that the culture in the artisans' association is average (26%), this is because municipal management policies have never been implemented to promote tourism; but sometimes support is provided to solve problems; and sometimes has participated in training or workshops that help strengthen the culture. For its part, tourism development is medium (28%) since they are undecided with the participation of the community in decision-making related to artisanal activity, the ways of moving within the local area and the way of communicating have improved. over time, to promote the generation of goods and/or services focused on the tourism field; but I totally agree with promoting the use of technologies to present artisanal items created locally. Finally, it was determined that there is a very strong and significant positive relationship, corroborated by a Pearson coefficient of 0.922 and a significance of 0.000.
