This research was developed with the purpose of establishing the connection between strategic planning and administrative management of the Executing Unit – 407 Red Salud Loreto – Nauta. Using a basic methodology, non experimental design and correlational descriptive level, where the sample was made up of 68 employees of the Management of the RSLN-UE407, to whom they applied a questionnaire to which the results were obtained through the correlation test. Pearson that showed that there is an inverse relationship between the variables with a coefficient of -0.125, likewise, the significance value came out 0.312 demonstrating that the relationship is not very significant, therefore it is concluded that there is a relationship between the variables that is negative, low and not significant, the alternative hypothesis is accepted therefore the general hypothesis is not met.
