Sumario:The purpose of the present investigation was to determine the relationship that exists between cognitive conflict and social personal learning in the children of the Initial Educational Institution N°710 Divino Niño Jesús Nauta 2022, the methodology used was the quantitative approach, under the design non-experimental cross-sectional correlational; The sample was made up of 62 children under a non-probabilistic system. To collect the information, the survey was used as a technique and the questionnaire as an instrument. Regarding the cognitive conflict variable, the descriptive results of the dimension gathering prior knowledge were dominated by the inadequate level with 45.2% and in the cognitive imbalance dimension, the inadequate level stood out with 54.8%; Likewise, in the variable learning of social personnel, in the dimension builds their identity, the level in process prevailed with 58.1%; the dimension coexists and participates democratically in the search for the common good stood out with 56.5% at the process level and in the dimension builds one's identity as a human person, loved by God, dignified, free and transcendent, the level in process predominated with 41. 9%; and when establishing the relationship between the variables cognitive conflict and social personal learning, a significant correlation was found with a p-value of 0.000 less than 0.05, which allows accepting the alternative hypothesis, there is a significant correlation between cognitive conflict and learning of social personnel in the children of the Initial Educational Institution N°710 Divino Niño Jesús de Nauta 2022.
