Electro Oriente plays a crucial role in the distribution and supply of electric power for homes, businesses and industries. In this context, it is essential that its administration allows it to operate efficiently, and internal control and administrative management are crucial to this, constituting important aspects for the success of companies. The purpose of this study is to identify the relationship between the Internal Control System and administrative management in the administration and finance management of Electro Oriente S.A. Iquitos year 2024, through a quantitative approach study, cross-sectional and non-experimental design, with a population made up of 66 collaborators, the study revealed a significant and positive relationship between the internal control system and administrative management, that a solid internal control improves operational efficiency and administrative planning, favoring a clear structuring of the company's objectives, in the same way it is identified that internal control contributes to a better administrative organization, with well defined roles and responsibilities, and strengthens administrative management, facilitating decisions that allow achieving business objectives, it is identified that the internal control system influences the administrative evaluation, improving monitoring processes, however, areas of improvement can still be identified such as internal communication and equity in the allocation of resources in the various administrative areas.
