Sumario:To determine the level of observation of performance among peers in virtual class sessions in students of pre-professional practice of initial education at the Faculty of Education Sciences and Humanities of the National University in the Peruvian Amazon in Iquitos, was the objective of this research. The descriptive type of research has been used, accompanied by a univariate, cross-sectional and field design. The study population and sample consisted of 85 pre-professional practice students of initial education. The data collection instrument was a questionnaire, which was submitted to the judgment of judges for its corresponding validation, and the technique for this purpose was the survey. The main finding in relation to the main objective of the research was that the level of observation among peers in virtual class sessions in pre-professional practice students, 74.1% are the moderate level of development of observation among peers, 25.9% at the level high and no students at the low level in the specialty of initial education of the Faculty of Education Sciences and Humanities at the National University of the Peruvian Amazon.
