The main objective of this research was to verify the influence of the application of the Reading Plan on the development of communication skills in 5-year-old children of the I.E.I N ° 763 San Juan-2019. The study is of a quasi-experimental quantitative approach. The population consisted of 90 5-year-old children and the sample of 60 children from the Amarillo section; two groups were formed: one control and the other experimental with entry and exit test, each group had 30 students. To measure communication skills in 5-year-old children, the instrument called Observation sheet was used, taking into account the proposed performances. It was based on the following hypothesis: The application of the reading plan significantly influences the development of communication skills in 5-year-old children of the I.E.I. N ° 763 San Juan- Iquitos 2019. The results found show that the application of the reading plan significantly improved communication skills in the control group students.
