| Sumario: | The central purpose of this research was to identify the relationship between human resource management and the job performance of employees at the Loreto Regional Education Office during the year 2024. A correlational approach was used with a non-experimental cross-sectional design. The sample included 204 workers, who responded to a questionnaire designed to measure both variables. The results revealed that 50% of participants rated human resource management as neutral, while 60% rated their job performance at an average level. In conclusion, a significant relationship was found between the variables analyzed, evidenced by a correlation coefficient of 0.904 and a significance level of 0.000. Significant and positive relationships were also identified between job performance and the dimensions of adaptation to change (r = 0.000; p = 0.790), organizational resilience (r = 0.861; p = 0.000), and work environment (r = 0.937; p = 0.000). All of these dimensions are positively linked to the job performance of the staff evaluated. |
