Departamento Académico de Ingeniería Ambiental, Física y MeteorologíaEl presente trabajo de investigación se desarrolló en el contexto del proyecto de creación del sistema de agua potable y alcantarillado en el Centro Poblado Oventeni, ejecutado por la empresa Constructora CASAV EIRL. La investigación tuvo como objetivo general elaborar una propuesta de mejora al Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo (SG-SST) en el proceso de implementación de redes de alcantarillado, con base en la normativa nacional vigente. A través de un diagnóstico inicial, se identificaron deficiencias significativas en varios lineamientos del SG-SST, tales como Verificación, Control de documentos y Revisión por la dirección. Se elaboró una propuesta de mejora que incluyó 57 acciones correctivas distribuidas en diferentes áreas, especialmente en el área de SST y la gerencia, estimando un plazo de 12 meses para su implementación total. Finalmente, se evaluó el impacto potencial de las acciones propuestas, logrando un incremento del cumplimiento normativo de 55,9% a 92,55%, lo que demuestra la eficacia del plan y su relevancia para garantizar ambientes laborales seguros y saludables en obras de saneamiento.This research was carried out in the context of the drinking water and sewage system project in the rural town of Oventeni, executed by the construction company CASAV EIRL. The general objective was to develop an improvement proposal for the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSMS) during the implementation of sewerage networks, in accordance with current Peruvian regulations. An initial diagnostic revealed significant deficiencies in several system components, such as verification, document control, and management review. A comprehensive improvement plan was designed, consisting of 57 corrective actions, mainly targeting the OHS and management areas, with an estimated implementation period of 12 months.
