Departamento Académico de HorticulturaEn el presente trabajo de investigación se evaluó el efecto del bioestimulante ALBIT, en el cultivo de coliflor (Brassica oleracea L. var. botrytis) cv. ‘Nevada’. El experimento se desarrolló en el distrito de La Molina, provincia de Lima, en el periodo de mayo-agosto del año 2021. Se establecieron cinco tratamientos, incluyendo el testigo (control), sin aplicación del bioestimulante y en los otros cuatro tratamientos se realizó la aplicación foliar del bioestimulante ALBIT con una misma dosis y una frecuencia de aplicación diferente (23,30,37,44 y 51 DDT). Se empleó un diseño de bloques completamente al azar con cuatro repeticiones. Las variables evaluadas fueron: rendimiento, diámetro y peso de inflorescencia, materia seca de hojas y de pella. La aplicación del bioestimulante Albit no mejoró la calidad de la inflorescencia o pella de la coliflor en términos de su diámetro y contenido de materia seca. Los rendimientos con o sin aplicación de Albit fueron similares por lo que se concluye que no existe suficiente evidencia para afirmar que el uso de Albit mejora los rendimientos en coliflor cv. Nevada.In the present research work, the effect of the biostimulant ALBIT was evaluated in the cultivation of cauliflower (Brassica oleracea L. var. botrytis) cv. 'Nevada'. The experiment was carried out in the district of La Molina, province of Lima, in the period from May to August of the year 2021. Five treatments were established, including the witness (control), without application of the biostimulant and in the other four treatments, the foliar application of the biostimulant ALBIT with the same dose and a different application frequency (23,30,37,44 and 51 DAT). A completely randomized block design with four replications was used. The variables evaluated were: yield, diameter and weight of inflorescence, dry matter of leaves and pellet. The application of the biostimulant Albit did not improve the quality of the cauliflower inflorescence or pellet in terms of its diameter and dry matter content. Yields with or without application of Albit were similar, so it is concluded that there is not enough evidence to affirm that the use of Albit improves yields in cauliflower cv.
