Sin embargo, aquellos diques que poseen un diseño no adecuado, podrían Originar fallas en el cuerpo de este y al conjunto de estructuras que integran la estructura de contención y al conjunto de estructuras que se encuentren aguas abajo de esta. En tal sentido, el presente trabajo de suficiencia profesional (TSP) desarrollara el procedimiento que es necesario para el diseño hidráulico de un dique de tierra para la qocha Yananyacu ubicada en el distrito de Junín, departamento y región del mismo nombre. Teniendo en cuenta estudios base como topografía, hidrología y geotecnia. El presente trabajo busca aportar una casuística al diseño de un dique de tierra en zonas alto andinas, además de generar los cálculos empleados para garantizar una correcta operación de esta estructura ante en tiempos de máxima avenida. De esta manera contribuir a la recarga del acuífero, que es la finalidad de este tipo de proyectos.Earthen dikes are containment structures whose purpose is to retain water and prevent its passage. However, dikes that have an inadequate design may lead to failures within the body of the structure itself, within the set of components that form the containment system, and within the structures located downstream. In this context, the present Professional Proficiency Report (TSP) develops the procedure required for the hydraulic design of an earthen dike for the Yananyacu qocha, located in the district of Junín, in the department and region of the same name. This design is based on fundamental studies such as topography, hydrology, and geotechnics. This report aims to contribute a case study to the design of earthen dikes in high Andean areas, as well as to provide the calculations necessary to ensure the proper operation of this type of structure during periods of maximum flow.
