Departamento Académico de Gestión EmpresarialEl presente trabajo descriptivo se elaboró de acuerdo a lo dispuesto en la Resolución N° 0083-2022-CU-UNALM; donde se ha descrito la experiencia laboral del autor, las funciones desempeñadas como Jefe de Consultoría SIG y el aporte a la situación problemática en el cliente BIGMOND SAC DE BENEFICIO E INTERES COLECTIVO dedicada a la búsqueda y selección de personal, quienes necesitaban el servicio de consultoría para la implementación de un sistema de gestión antisoborno en base a la norma ISO 37001:2016 y su posterior certificación, dado que requerían ingresar a procesos de licitaciones públicas para ampliar sus servicios y tener un crecimiento en el mercado. Para la ejecución del servicio de consultoría, que se realizó entre octubre 2021 a febrero 2022, se establecieron seis etapas: diagnóstico inicial, levantamiento de información y diseño, implementación, auditoría interna y acciones correctivas, revisión por la dirección y certificación; estas etapas siguen la metodología de mejora continua conocida como ciclo de Deming o PHVA (Planificar, Hacer, Verificar y Actuar). El que suscribe el trabajo de suficiencia profesional lideró el proyecto de implementación hasta lograr la certificación de la empresa cliente; el contenido describe las acciones, metodología, recursos y herramientas utilizada. Cabe resalta la importancia de la aplicación de la norma ISO 37001:2016 en las organizaciones como parte del cumplimiento legal y prevención de los actos de soborno, por lo que aporta positivamente a la sociedad y la industria; además que fortaleció a la imagen corporativa del cliente y mejorar sus oportunidades de negocio.This descriptive work was prepared in accordance with the provisions of Resolution No. 0083-2022-CU-UNALM; where the work experience of the author has been described, the functions performed as Head of IMS Consulting and the contribution to the problematic situation in the client BIGMOND SAC DE BENEFICIO E INTERES COLECTIVO dedicated to the search and selection of personnel, who needed the consulting service for the implementation of an anti-bribery management system based on the ISO 37001:2016 standard and its subsequent certification, given that they needed to enter public bidding processes to expand their services and have market growth.
