Maestría en Producción AgrícolaEste estudio evaluó el comportamiento del consorcio de Bradyrhizobium spp. en el tarwi (Lupinus mutabilis Sweet) variedad Andenes y ecotipo Altagracia bajo condiciones de Marcará, Ancash, con el objetivo de evaluar la simbiosis de las bacterias en la formación de nódulos, la eficiencia en la fijación de nitrógeno, el efecto antagonista y el rendimiento del grano. El diseño experimental fue bloques completamente al azar (DBCA) con los siguientes tratamientos: T1: Bradyrhizobium spp. + Bacillus sp. (Consorcio), T2: Bradyrhizobium spp. + Materia Orgánica (Manejo Orgánico), T3: Bradyrhizobium spp. + Manejo Convencional, T4: Testigo, con cuatro repeticiones. Las evaluaciones se realizaron a los 30, 60 y 90 días después de la siembra (dds) donde se demostró que los tratamientos con Bradyrhizobium spp. produjeron una mayor cantidad de formación de nódulos y fijación de nitrógeno evidenciando la acción del consorcio. Por otro lado, con Bacillus sp. se determinó la acción antagonista al presentar poco vainas afectadas, así como, una menor incidencia de plagas y enfermedades presentes en la planta. Los tratamientos en donde se aplicaron los microorganismos presentaron mayor número de granos por vaina y granos de mayor peso, donde se obtuvo rendimientos de 919,6 kg/ha en la variedad Andenes, mientras que para el ecotipo Altagracia fue de 1054,35 kg/ha respectivamente. Si bien, con la aplicación de estas bacterias se obtuvieron rendimientos similares al tratamiento del manejo convencional el uso de estas bacterias resultó prometedor ya que se sería posible reemplazar el manejo convencional por tecnologías biotecnológicas, aunque se requiere más investigación para optimizar la dosificación y la frecuencia de aplicación de dichos microorganismos.This study evaluated the behavior of the Bradyrhizobium spp. in the tarwi (Lupinus mutabilis Sweet) variety Andenes and ecotype Altagracia under conditions of Marcará, Ancash, with the objective of evaluating the symbiosis of bacteria in the formation of nodules, the efficiency in nitrogen fixation, the antagonistic effect and grain yield. The experimental design was completely random blocks (DBCA) with the following treatments: T1: Bradyrhizobium spp. + Bacillus sp. (Consortium), T2: Bradyrhizobium spp. + Organic Matter (Organic Management), T3: Bradyrhizobium spp. + Conventional Management, T4: Control, with four replicates. The evaluations were performed at 30, 60 and 90 days after sowing (das) where it was shown that treatments with Bradyrhizobium spp. produced a greater amount of nodule formation and nitrogen fixation evidencing the action of the consortium. On the other hand, with Bacillus sp. the antagonistic action was determined by presenting few affected pods and a lower incidence of pests and diseases present in the plant. The treatments in which the microorganisms were applied presented a greater number of grains per pod and grains with a higher weight, where yields of 919.6 kg/ha were obtained in the variety Andenes, whereas for the Altagracia ecotype it was 1054.35 kg/ha respectively.
