Departamento Académico de Tecnología de Alimentos y Productos AgropecuariosLa elaboración de premezclas para la alimentación animal consiste en el mezclado de las vitaminas, minerales y aditivos, ingredientes muy importantes para la elaboración de los alimentos balanceados y por ende para la alimentación animal, ya que son los ingredientes principales para lograr los objetivos requeridos. Por ello, es importante mantener un optimo coeficiente de mezclado, el cual debe de ser validado periódicamente. Este trabajo consiste en validad la prueba de mezclado con uso de Microtrazadores como indicador y compararlo con los resultados con manganeso como indicador; obteniendo resultados por debajo del límite máximo de 10% de CV. De esta manera se obtiene resultados másrápidos para poder tomar acciones en la planta, además de ello reducir el costo y tiempos de análisis.The preparation of premixes for animal feed consists of the mixing of vitamins, minerals and additives, very important ingredients for the preparation of balanced foods and therefore for animal feed since they are the main ingredients to achieve the required objectives. Therefore, it is important to maintain an optimal mixing coefficient, which must be validated periodically. This work consists of validating the mixing test with the use of Micro-tracers as an indicator and comparing it with the results with manganese as an indicator, obtaining results below the maximun limit of 10% CV.
