Maestría en AdministraciónEn esta investigación se realizó un estudio del clima laboral de la empresa Envases Coesa mediante la aplicación de una encuesta y la evaluación de los niveles de efectividad de la organización con el fin de determinar si el nivel de productividad está influenciado por la calidad. del entorno laboral de los trabajadores. Además, también se propuso definir cuáles son los factores negativos o positivos que podrían influir en los niveles de productividad y también analizar si el compromiso y la motivación realmente van de la mano con el desempeño laboral que manifiestan los trabajadores. Dentro de la investigación de los diferentes autores estudiados en este trabajo, encontraremos puntos de vista que nos den indicaciones de las posibles conexiones entre el estado de ánimo de los trabajadores y los resultados que pueden tener en su trabajo. En esencia, la investigación busca verificar las teorías de comportamiento que afirman que las condiciones laborales de una empresa tienen una inferencia en el desarrollo de la calidad de las actividades que el personal realiza día a día. La metodología utilizada durante la investigación fue del tipo no experimental con la recolección de datos primarios a través de encuestas, cuyos datos fueron posteriormente comparados para obtener los resultados que se comentan más adelante.In this research, a study of the work environment of the company Envases coesa was carried out through the application of a survey and the evaluation of the organization's efficiency levels in order to determine if the level of productivity is influenced for the quality of the work environment of the workers. In addition, it was also proposed to define which are the negative or positive factors that could influence productivity levels and also to analyse whether commitment and motivation actually go hand in hand with the work performance that workers manifest. Within the research of the different authors studied in this work, we will find points of view that give us indications of the possible connections between the workers' state of mind and the results that they may have in their work. In essence, the research seeks to verify the theories of behaviour that affirm that the working conditions of a company have an inference in the development of the quality of the activities that the personnel carry out every day.
