Departamento Académico de FitotecniaEl presente trabajo de suficiencia resume el desarrollo de ensayos comerciales y la aplicación de métodos de extensión agrícola como parte de la estrategia de ventas de plaguicidas para cultivos diversos en la región Ancash. En el Perú, Bayer cuenta con una división exclusiva de Crop Protection, orientada al manejo de agroquímicos en el país, y dirigida por una gerencia ubicada en Lima. Debido al gran potencial del país en diversos cultivos, se realizó la sectorización del mercado en tres regiones principales. Se tiene la Región Norte Grande que comprende los departamentos de Piura, Lambayeque y una parte del norte de Cajamarca y Amazonas. Por otro lado, la Región Centro que actualmente abarca los departamentos de La Libertad, Ancash, el norte de Lima, Huánuco y Junín. Por último, la Región Sur incluye los departamentos de Ica, Arequipa, Ayacucho y el sur de Lima. Asimismo, la empresa clasifica a sus clientes en tres tipos. Los Endusers, también llamados clientes directos, son los fundos y/o agroindustria con un potencial general de compras de agroquímicos de alrededor de medio millón de soles. Luego está el Mayorista ALC Agrologistics, que es una empresa creada por la compañía para ser el distribuidor mayorista exclusivo de Bayer y vender exclusivamente los productos del portafolio a las tiendas agrícolas locales. Por su parte, los clientes tipo Distribución son atendidos directamente por Bayer y tienen presencia en más de un sector, generalmente cadenas presentes en distintos departamentos del país. Finalmente, las estrategias empleadas para cada uno de los clientes, permite tener un balance positivo pues permitió cumplir el plan propuesto para Ancash en el año 2021 en un 108%.This sufficiency work summarizes the development of commercial trials and the application of agricultural extension methods as part of the sales strategy of pesticides for various crops in the Ancash region. In Peru, Bayer has an exclusive Crop Protection division, oriented to the management of agrochemicals in the country, and directed by a management located in Lima. Due to the country's great potential in various crops, the market was divided into three main regions. There is the Great North Region that includes the departments of Piura, Lambayeque and a part of the north of Cajamarca and Amazonas.
