Departamento Académico de Ingeniería Ambiental, Física y MeteorologíaEn el presente Trabajo de Suficiencia Profesional (TSP) se evaluó la correcta inclusión de los grupos de cambio y probabilidad en los pronósticos de aeródromo (TAF) del Aeropuerto Internacional Jorge Chávez (SPJC) emitidos por la Oficina de Aeródromo ubicado en el mismo aeropuerto (OMA SPJC) durante los años 2019 y 2021. Los elementos meteorológicos que se pronostican en un TAF son viento, visibilidad, fenómenos meteorológicos, nubosidad y temperatura, sin embargo, la inclusión de cambios previstos es sobre las cuatro primeras y esto se realiza indicando las abreviaturas FM, BECMG, TEMPO y PROB. Los criterios utilizados para el análisis de los elementos meteorológicos incluidas en los grupos de cambio fueron tomados de la Regulación Aeronáutica del Perú sobre el Servicio Meteorológico para la Navegación Aérea (RAP 303). La evaluación se realizó comparando los criterios de inclusión con los elementos incluidos en cada grupo de cambio, no obstante, si la variable incluida cumplía con lo establecido en la norma esta era considerada correcta, e incorrecta si no cumplía. Finalmente, se realizó una contabilización de los TAF correctos e incorrectos por mes y anual que nos permitirá establecer un indicador de calidad de eficacia mensual y anual que nos ayudará a identificar los puntos débiles y generar las mejoras necesarias para continuar brindando un servicio de calidad.In this Professional Sufficiency Work (TSP), the correct inclusion of change group and probability in the Terminal Aerodrome Forecast (TAF) of the Jorge Chávez International Airport (SPJC) sent out by the Aerodrome Office located at the same airport (OMA SPJC) during the years 2019 and 2021 was evaluated. The meteorological elements forecast in a TAF are wind, visibility, meteorological phenomena, cloudiness, and temperature; however, the inclusion of expected changes is about the first four; and is done by indicating the abbreviations FM, BECMG, TEMPO, and PROB. The criteria used for the analysis of the meteorological elementss included in the change groups were taken from the Peruvian Aeronautical Regulation on the Meteorological Service for Air Navigation (RAP 303). The evaluation was carried out by comparing the inclusion criteria with the elements included in each change group; so, if the included variable complied with the provisions of the standard, it was considered correct and incorrect if it did not.
