Departamento Académico de Manejo ForestalEl presente trabajo de suficiencia profesional tuvo como objetivo principal implementar un sistema de control operativo en la empresa REFINCA, dedicada a la producción, instalación y manejo de plantaciones forestales de Eucalyptus urophylla x Eucalyptus grandis en la región Ucayali, Perú. La necesidad de este sistema surgió a partir de la identificación de problemas relacionados con la falta de procedimientos estandarizados, indicadores de gestión y diagnósticos operativos, los cuales afectaban la eficiencia y sostenibilidad de las operaciones productivas. El estudio se realizó bajo un enfoque cuantitativo, descriptivo y no experimental, mediante la recolección y análisis de datos operativos de la empresa. Se desarrollaron tres etapas clave: el diagnóstico de procesos productivos, la definición de procedimientos estándares e indicadores, y la implementación de una herramienta de gestión basada en indicadores clave de rendimiento (KPIs). Esta herramienta permitió monitorear y optimizar las actividades, facilitando la toma de decisiones y mejorando la productividad. Los resultados evidenciaron una mejora significativa en la eficiencia operativa, reducción de costos y mayor control de las actividades en campo. La aplicación de indicadores como el cumplimiento al avance, cumplimiento al tiempo y eficiencia operativa, permitió identificar áreas críticas y establecer acciones correctivas oportunas. En conclusión, la implementación del sistema de control operativo no solo contribuyó a la optimización de los procesos productivos, sino también fortaleció la gestión sostenible del proyecto forestal, garantizando resultados eficientes y sostenibles a largo plazo.The main objective of this professional proficiency thesis was to implement an operational control system at REFINCA, a company dedicated to the production, installation, and management of Eucalyptus urophylla x Eucalyptus grandis forest plantations in the Ucayali region of Peru. The need for this system arose from the identification of problems related to the lack of standardized procedures, management indicators, and operational diagnostics, which affected the efficiency and sustainability of production operations. The study was conducted using a quantitative, descriptive, and non-experimental approach, through the collection and analysis of the company's operational data. Three key stages were developed: diagnosis of production processes, definition of standard procedures and indicators, and implementation of a management tool based on key performance indicators (KPIs). This tool allowed for monitoring and optimizing activities, facilitating decision-making and improving productivity. The results showed a significant improvement in operational efficiency, cost reduction, and greater control of field activities. The application of indicators such as progress, on-time performance, and operational efficiency made it possible to identify critical areas and establish timely corrective actions.
