Departamento Académico de Gestión EmpresarialLa presente investigación tiene como propósito evaluar la Eficiencia organizativa, con la finalidad de elaborar una Propuesta de mejora y hacer una Reingeniería Organizacional para que la eficiencia de la empresa ENVASES SELECTOS S.A.C. aumente. El tipo de investigación es Descriptivo- Explicativo y el diseño de la investigación es No experimental, transversal. El estudio se realizó mediante un Diagnóstico de Eficiencia Operacional, utilizando la técnica del Análisis Factorial - Causal; se realizaron entrevistas a los Gerentes y colaboradores, además se analizaron los documentos brindados por la empresa. El resultado de la eficiencia operativa total luego del Diagnóstico Operacional es 42 por ciento; los resultados de la eficiencia por cada función: Funciones 47 por ciento, Estructura 34 por ciento, Recursos Humanos 29 por ciento y el Presupuesto 36 por ciento. A partir de ello, se propusieron acciones correctivas, que sirvieron para que se superen las deficiencias encontradas y se implementó la nueva Estructura Organizacional funcional, que ayudó con los propósitos de la empresa. Tras una nueva evaluación de la eficiencia operativa se obtuvo como resultado una eficiencia total de 61 por ciento y los resultados de la eficiencia por cada función: Funciones 63 por ciento, Estructura 69 por ciento, Recursos Humanos 52 por ciento y el Presupuesto 56 por ciento. Se concluye que la eficiencia de la empresa aumentó considerablemente después de la implementación de la propuesta de mejora, con lo cual se propone que se debería aplicar el Diagnóstico de Productividad cada seis meses a la ENVASES SELECTOS S.A.C, esto permitirá tener un mejor panorama de la empresa y control de las funciones y las interrelaciones de las áreas; y se puedan ajustar las acciones correctivas y elaborar nuevas propuestas de mejora, de acuerdo a los nuevos datos recopilados.The objective of the present investigation is to evaluate the Operational Efficiency, with the purpose of elaborating a Proposal of improvement and to make an Organizational Restructuring so that the efficiency of the company ENVASES SELECTOS S.A.C. The type of research is Descriptive-Explanatory and the research design is non-experimental, cross-sectional. The study was performed using a Diagnosis of Operational Efficiency, using the technique of Factorial - Causal Analysis; Interviews were conducted with the Managers and collaborators, and the documents provided by the company were analyzed. The result of the total operational efficiency after the Operational Diagnosis is 42 percent; The efficiency results for each function: Functions 47 percent, Structure 34 percent, Human Resources 29 percent and Budget 36 percent.
