Departamento Académico de FitotecniaLa presente investigación se llevó a cabo en el Instituto Regional de Desarrollo de Sierra (IRD-Sierra) de la Universidad Nacional Agraria La Molina ubicado en la localidad de San Juan de Yanamuclo, provincia de Jauja, región Junín con el objetivo de caracterizar 11 ecotipos regionales y 2 variedades de tarwi (Lupinus mutabilis Sweet) provenientes de la zona andina y evaluar el rendimiento de grano y sus componentes de éstos en condiciones de Jauja – Junín. El material genético procede del germoplasma del Programa de Investigación de Leguminosas de Grano y Oleaginosas de la Universidad Nacional Agraria La Molina (UNALM) y de la Universidad Nacional del Altiplano, Puno (UNAP). La siembra del experimento se realizó en octubre de 2014. El diseño estadístico utilizado fue Bloque Completo al Azar con 13 tratamientos y tres repeticiones con una parcela de 6.4 m2. Las variables evaluadas se agruparon en caracterización cualitativa y cuantitativa de los ecotipos y las variables del rendimiento y sus componentes. Se encontró significación estadística para el rendimiento y sus componentes: número de vainas llenas, número de granos por vaina y peso de cien semillas. El ecotipo 03-10-214 produjo el mayor rendimiento con 1376 kg/ha por sus componentes de rendimiento altos (63 vainas llenas, 4.8 granos por vaina y un peso de cien semillas de 20.67 g), seguido por el ecotipo Cuzco 2, Cholo Fuerte, Cuzco 1 y variedad Yunguyo que superaron al rendimiento promedio del experimento; mientras que el testigo produjo 869 kg/ha. Los ecotipos Altagracia y Patón Grande fueron ecotipos tardíos que presentaron mayores días a floración y días a madurez de cosecha, y el ecotipo 03-10-214 el ecotipo más precoz en el experimentoThis research was carried out at the Instituto Regional de Desarrollo de Sierra (IRD-Sierra) of the Universidad Nacional Agraria La Molina located in the town of San Juan de Yanamuclo, Jauja province, Junín región; with the aim of characterize 11 ecotypes and 2 varieties of tarwi (Lupinus mutabilis Sweet) from the Andean zone and evaluate the yield of grain and its components under conditions of Jauja - Junín.
