Para el Nivel de Conocimiento se empleó como técnica la encuesta y como instrumento se utilizó el cuestionario, que consta de 20 preguntas dividido en 4 dimensiones. La recolección de datos del Perfil de Consumo de Diclofenaco se realizó mediante la revisión del kardex de la farmacia. Se encontró que sólo el 28% presenta un nivel de conocimiento alto sobre las Reacciones Adversa de los AINEs y especialmente del Diclofenaco. En lo referente al perfil de consumo encontramos que en el transcurso de los 6 meses se expendió 6 514 unidades y el mayor porcentaje se dio en el mes de abril 2023 (28%). Se revela que la mayoría de los pacientes que acuden al Hospital San Juan de Lurigancho no tienen conocimiento sobre las reacciones adversas de Diclofenaco sódico y el nivel de consumo es moderado.

For the Level of Knowledge, the survey was used as a technique and the questionnaire was used as an instrument, which consists of 20 questions divided into 4 dimensions. Data collection of the Diclofenac Consumption Profile was carried out by reviewing the pharmacy kardex. It was found that only 28% have a high level of knowledge about the Adverse Reactions of NSAIDs and especially Diclofenac. Regarding the consumption profile, we found that over the course of 6 months, 6,514 units were sold and the highest percentage occurred in the month of April 2023 (28%).
