Además, el estudio tiene un enfoque transversal, ya que se capturarán datos en un punto específico en el tiempo. De tipo descriptivo, enfocándose en detallar, explicar y examinar el fenómeno en su estado natural y utiliza un cuestionario de satisfacción laboral. De 27 ítems. Resultados serán parte del análisis del instrumento de cada variable y permitirá a través de tablas y figuras describir la variable. Conclusiones se buscará responder a cada uno de los objetivos planteados para medir la satisfacción laboral de las enfermeras en el área quirúrgica de un Hospital de Lima, en el 2023.
