description Objetivo: identificar las características que determinan el cumplimiento del calendario de inmunizaciones en menores de 5 años en el Centro de Salud “Portada de Manchay”, Lima – 2024. El estudio se realizará en el Centro de Salud “Portada de Manchay”, Lima, Perú. La población de estudio estará conformada por 1560 niños programados para el servicio de inmunizaciones y que deben asistir 130 al mes, se usará el diseño no probabilístico, aplicando una fórmula que dio como resultado una muestra de 79 madres con niños menores de 5 años. La recolección de información se usará la técnica de la encuesta y como instrumento el cuestionario estructurado. Que nos permitirá consolidar, describir, interpretar y analizar toda la información obtenida. Resultados:una vez obtenido los resultados de la aplicación del instrumento, los datos serán procesados aplicando diversas herramientas estadísticas que permitirán interpretar y analizar los datos que se caracterizan por su variabilidad. Y así podríamos identificar proporciones, tasas, razones o promedios que nos facilitará la investigación brinde una información que se pueda expresarde forma numérica, ya seaporque se pueda medir por sus características, o talvez porque se pueda formular en forma numérica, tal como sucede con las características que influyen en el cumplimiento del calendario de inmunizaciones en infantes de menos de 5 años en el establecimiento de salud “Portada de Manchay”, Lima Conclusiones: enunciaremos las conclusiones una vez que se hayan consolidado todos los resultados, producto de la ejecución del instrumento a toda la muestra del estudio. Finalmente se tomará en cuenta el objetivo general y los resultados del análisis descriptivo y estadístico.

Materials and Methods: this project will use quantitative research methods. Non-experimental, descriptive with cross sectional design. The study will be carried out at the “Portada de Manchay” Health Center, Lima, Peru. The study population will be made up of 1,560 children scheduled for the immunization service and 130 per month must attend. The non-probabilistic design will be used, applying a formula that resulted in a sample of 79 mothers with children under 5 years of age. The collection of information will use the survey technique and the structured questionnaire as an instrument. That will allow us to consolidate, describe, interpret and analyze all the information obtained. Results: once the results of the application of the instrument have been obtained, the data will be processed by applying various statistical tools that will allow the interpretation and analysis of the data that are characterized by their variability. And so we could identify proportions, rates, ratios or averages that will facilitate the investigation by providing information that can be expressed numerically, either because it can be measured by its characteristics, or perhaps because it can be formulated numerically, as happens with the characteristics that influence compliance with the immunization schedule in infants under 5 years of age in the “Portada de Manchay” health facility, Lima Conclusions: we will state the conclusions once all the results have been consolidated, as a result of the execution of the instrument on the entire study sample.
