Materiales y Métodos: el estudio utilizará un nivel aplicativo, descriptivo, será de tipo cuantitativo, se realizará en un tiempo determinado, por lo que es de corte transversal, la muestra estará conformada por el total de las historias clínicas de pacientes que ingresaron al área de observación de emergencia del Hospital Sergio E. Bernales en el periodo de noviembre- diciembre 2024. Resultados: lo encontrado en la investigación, serán revelados a través de tablas y gráficos, que se interpretarán para conocer el nivel de las anotaciones en sus registros de las enfermeras del servicio de emergencia. Conclusiones: la investigación ofrece datos de gran valor para todas las enfermeras en cuanto a las anotaciones de enfermería.

Therefore, it is cross-sectional. The sample will consist of all the medical records of patients admitted to the emergency observation area of Sergio E. Bernales Hospital during the period November-December 2024. Results: the findings of the research will be revealed through tables and graphs, which will be interpreted to understand the level of notes taken by emergency department nurses in their records.
