description Objetivo: analizar las prácticas de prevención de infecciones intrahospitalarias en el personal de enfermería en la unidad de cuidados intensivos, Lima-Perú, 2025. Materiales y métodos: este estudio se clasificó en el diseño no experimental, de corte transversal y descriptivo, de tipo de investigación cuantitativo. La muestra estará conformada por 50 profesionales de la salud que trabajan en la Unidad de Cuidados intensivos. La técnica por utilizarse será la encuesta y el instrumento que se utilizará será un cuestionario que está conformada por 20 ítems y 3 dimensiones (Prevención de infecciones del sistema respiratorio, Prevención de infecciones de la sangre o bacterianos, Prevención de infecciones del sistema urinario). Resultados: Se presentarán en gráficos, cuadros y/o tablas que describirán a la variable del proyecto. Conclusiones: el proyecto de investigación brindará información que podrán ser aplicados por los profesionales de salud para tomar conciencia sobre las prevenciones de las infecciones intrahospitalarias, lo cual contribuirá a mejorar la calidad de atención de los pacientes.

The technique to be used will be a survey, and the instrument to be used will be a questionnaire consisting of 20 items and 3 dimensions (Prevention of respiratory system infections, Prevention of blood or bacterial infections, Prevention of urinary system infections). Results: the results obtained will be presented in tables, graphs, and/or charts that will describe the project variable.
