Esto se realizó en un paciente masculino de 38 años de edad, diagnosticado con apendicitis aguda. Resultados: se obtuvo que para los siguientes diagnósticos: dolor agudo; el 90% de las intervenciones se ejecutaron y el 10% están en fase proceso. Ansiedad el 80% de las intervenciones se desarrollaron y el 20% están en fase proceso. Desequilibrio electrolítico; el 80% de las intervenciones se desarrollaron y el 20% están en fase de proceso. Riesgo de infección; el 70% de las intervenciones se desarrollaron y el 30% están en fase proceso y el riesgo de termorregulación; el 60% de las intervenciones se desarrollaron y el 40% están en proceso. Conclusión: el uso de las taxonomías NANDA, NIC y NOC en las estrategias de enfermería ha demostrado tener un impacto positivo en la progresión clínica de un paciente. Al menos, se identificaron brechas en la supervisión clínica de las enfermeras

Material and methods: a clinical case study was carried out with a descriptive and non-experimental approach, using as resources the evaluation with functional patterns of Marjory Gordon and the NANDA, NIC and NOC taxonomies. This was done in a 38-year-old male patient, diagnosed with Acute appendicitis. Results: it was obtained that for the following diagnoses: Acute pain; 90% of the interventions were performed and 10% are in the process phase. Anxiety 80% of the interventions were developed and 20% are in the process phase. Electrolytic imbalance; 80% of the interventions were developed and 20% are in the process phase. Risk of infection; 70% of the interventions were developed and 30% are in process phase and the risk of thermoregulation; 60% of the interventions were developed and 40% are in process. Conclusion: the use of NANDA, NIC and NOC taxonomies in the Nursing strategies have been shown to have a positive impact on a patient's clinical progression.
