Este estudio se trabajará con una población total de 32 enfermeras que laboran en el centro quirúrgico de un Hospital Regional del Cusco. El método utilizado en este estudio será la encuesta, y el instrumento en escala Likert; Agrupados en 5 dimensiones con 34 ítems. Resultados: obteniendo los datos de los instrumentos, serán procesados en el programa estadístico SPSS-22, donde serán presentados en tablas, gráficas y su respectiva interpretación. Conclusión: este estudio aportará datos que contribuirán a mejorar la problemática laboral que enfrenta el personal de enfermería en el servicio de centro quirúrgico.

The method used in this study will be the survey, with the instrument being a Likert scale; grouped into 5 dimensions with 34 items. Results: once the data from the instruments are obtained, they will be processed using the statistical program SPSS-22, where they will be presented in tables, graphs, and their respective interpretation.
