description Objetivo: determinar los factores asociados a la adherencia al tratamiento en pacientes adultos con epilepsia atendidos en un hospital público en Lima – Perú, 2024. Materiales y métodos: en la presente investigación el enfoque a tener en cuenta es el cuantitativo de diseño no experimental y corte transversal con un alcance correlacional. En la cual la población está integrada por 80 pacientes que ingresan al servicio de emergencia, se usara la técnica de encuesta y los instrumentos a emplearse es la escala de Morisky – Green que consta de 8 ítems dicotómicos con 2 opciones de respuesta tipo Likert, además se usa la cuarta versión realizada por consuelo Ortiz con 24 ítems en 4 dimensiones con 3 alternativas de respuesta. Se usará la prueba estadística Spss V.26 además de acuerdo al propósito del estudio se tomará en cuenta la prueba Chi cuadrado.
