Objetivo: Determinar las características Clínicas de los Pacientes fallecidos por Insuficiencia renal aguda en la unidad de cuidados intensivos - Hospital de emergencias Ate Vitarte, 2022. Materiales y método: El presente estudio, trabaja con un enfoque cuantitativo ya que resalta la relevancia y necesidad de análisis estadístico y considera los datos recolectados a partir de la variable, siendo organizada dicho dato en la matriz correspondiente. La técnica que se utilizará será la observación y el instrumento validado previamente que se empleará será una lista de cotejo dicotómicas y de respuestas según sea el caso, a través de la recolección de datos de 108 historias clínicas en un formato conformada por ítems y 4 dimensiones. Resultados: La información recogida se ingresará a la base de datos para ser procesada en el programa Exel 2018 y programa estadístico SPSS versión 25. Conclusiones: el presente trabajo brindará información relevante que aportará en la atención del paciente crítico con insuficiencia renal aguda. |
