La técnica utilizada para el nivel de conocimiento y adherencia terapéutica fueron mediante encuestas que se determinaron con cuestionario de 20 ítems y el test de Morisky – Green respectivamente. Para el análisis de datos se empleó estadísticas descriptivas. Resultados: el consumo del Dolutegravir/lamivudina/tenofovir 50mg+300mg+300mg representa la más dispensado con 107 754 unidades; los niveles de conocimiento de los participantes representan un nivel regular con 46.15%; con respecto al nivel de adherencia terapéutica la No adherencia representa el 70%. Conclusión: el perfil de conocimiento sobre el VIH/Sida fue regular mientras los pacientes No adherentes se evidenciaron con alta prevalencia; surgiendo la importancia de un equipo multidisciplinario, el perfil de consumo de antirretrovirales corresponde al Dolutegravir/lamivudina/tenofovir 50m+300mg+300mg.
