Se utilizará una encuesta como técnica de recolección de datos, con un instrumento de escala Likert que consta de 56 preguntas, previa autorización y consentimiento informado de los participantes. Resultado: se presentarán mediante tablas y gráficos estadísticos, utilizando medidas de tendencia central para el análisis cuantitativo. Conclusiones: este estudio pretende proporcionar información relevante para mejorar la atención de los pacientes en el centro quirúrgico y equipar a las enfermeras con herramientas para abordar las situaciones laborales cotidianas.

Materials and methods: a quantitative approach was used, with a non-invasive design. experimental, descriptive and transversal. The sample will consist of 25 nursing professionals from the aforementioned center. A survey will be used as a data collection technique, with a Likert scale instrument consisting of 56 questions, with prior authorization and informed consent of the participants. Result: they will be presented through statistical tables and graphs, using measures of central tendency for quantitative analysis.
