Además, no realizaban un buen seguimiento de los productos que salían y entraban. Estas fallas generaban pérdidas significativas de productos, como también aumento de mercadería que no se vendía. Asimismo, el estudio se caracterizó como correlacional, ya que su propósito fue analizar los errores e implementar una buena gestión de inventarios. La implementación de una macro nos permitió disminuir riesgos y nos facilitó un buen control más preciso en los inventarios, también logro reducir tiempo en la gestión operativa. Así tuvimos mejoras internas y aumentamos la rentabilidad de la entidad.

At the beginning, Importaciones Mack Store S.A.C. faced serious difficulties in managing its inventory, which was interpreted as a lack of internal control in the logistics area regarding the products in stock in the warehouse. Furthermore, they did not properly track incoming and outgoing products. These failures generated significant product losses, as well as an increase in unsold merchandise. Furthermore, the study was characterized as correlational, since its purpose was to analyze errors and implement good inventory management. The implementation of a macro allowed us to reduce risks and facilitated more precise inventory control. It also reduced operational management time.
