description Los medicamentos antihipertensivos ayudaron a muchos pacientes con la enfermedad de hipertensión arterial en diversas regiones del globo y en el país peruano son muy eficaces en el tratamiento de la dicha enfermedad sobre todo son económicos que se puede conseguir en boticas, farmacias y hospitales así mismo para reducir los riesgos de la hipertensión, como el episodio de infarto al corazón, la insuficiencia renal, la insuficiencia cardiaca y aquella muerte súbita; por lo tanto se trabajó con el dicho objetivo "reconocer conocimientos, actitudes y prácticas en relación a uso de medicamentos hipertensivos, en el sector B Huáscar en San Juan de Lurigancho 2022”; así mismo se trabajó con los materiales y métodos, lo cual este estudio actual utiliza una perspectiva cualitativo, mediante un diseño metodológico no experimental, de carácter descriptivo y enfoque transversal, el estudio se llevó a cabo en el sector B Huáscar en San Juan De Lurigancho En el año 2022, se juntó la información por medio de encuestas, donde muestra los resultados. El 47% de las personas tienen la comprensión acerca de la definición de presión arterial elevada, también se menciona que la mayor parte entre los individuos que han recibido un diagnóstico de hipertensión, se ubica el 58% en las edades de 53 años a más así mismo el 74% de las personas encuestadas conocen el medicamento para la hipertensión arterial mencionaron lo siguientes. Enalapril, captopril y losartan para el tratamiento adecuado.
