Se concluye de la presente investigación, que la mayor incidencia de maternidad subrogada se da en Perú, aun así, existe todo un vacío legal al respecto.The objective of this research work is to be able to determine the existing legal body about surrogate motherhood in Peru, for which a review of bibliographic sources and legal literature was applied in order to achieve said objective in mention, taking into consideration the legal doctrine, legislation, jurisprudence and more.
