description Hoy en día la motivación es de gran importancia para las organizaciones, si se aplica de una buena forma puede ayudar a que los trabajadores tengan una mayor productividad, es importante para el desempeño laboral de los individuos, poder tener resultados óptimos. El desempeño de los colaboradores se ve reflejado en las actividades que ellos realizan en sus respectivas áreas de trabajo, todo esto depende también de la forma y la manera que los colaboradores de una organización estén motivados. Durante esta investigación se comprobó que el nivel de motivación que tienen los colaboradores es muy bajo para su desempeño en la organización y que por ello el rendimiento de los mismos no estaba siendo el mejor y el que se esperaba. Analizando a fondo se pudo detectar ciertas deficiencias que estaban ocasionando este problema y a la vez hemos propuesto alternativas con las que se puede subsanar el mismo. La investigación obtuvo resultaos que determina que la motivación influye en el desempeño laboral de los colaboradores.

The performance of employees is reflected in the activities they perform in their respective areas of work, all this also depends on the way and the way that employees of an organization are motivated. During this research it was found that the level of motivation that collaborators have is very low for their performance in the organization and that's why their performance was not being the best and what was expected. Analyzing thoroughly it was possible to detect certain deficiencies that were causing this problem and at the same time we have proposed alternatives with which it can be corrected.
