description El presente trabajo de investigación tiene por objetivo determinar el impacto de la rotación de las existencias en la rentabilidad de la Empresa Fisher International Company SRL, ubicado en San Juan de Lurigancho, enero-octubre 2017. En la investigación, se utilizó el método descriptivo no experimental, se encontró sobre stock de las existencias, procedimientos inadecuados en el funcionamiento del almacén, falta de capacitación al personal y lo más importante la gestión de las existencias es insuficiente para alcanzar los objetivos que se traza la Empresa Fisher International Company SRL, perjudicando la rentabilidad. Se determinó que; la rentabilidad fue afectada negativamente por diferentes causas entre ellas: falta de políticas de control interno, deficiencias en el sistema por datos desactualizados y procedimientos inadecuados del talento humano. Se recomendó que la rotación de las existencias sea más efectiva (clasificación, organización, supervisión) implementando políticas de control interno, actualizando los datos en el sistema periódicamente y elaborando un manual de procedimientos para el talento humano.

In the research, the non-experimental descriptive method was used, also it was found on stock of stock, inadequate procedures in the operation of the warehouse, the lack of personnel training and most importantly, the management of stocks is insufficient to achieve the objectives traces the company Fisher International Company SRL, harming profitability. It was determined that; the profitability was negatively affected by different causes among them: lack of internal control policies, deficiencies in the system due to outdated data and inadequate human talent procedures.
