description La investigación tuvo como problema ¿Cuáles son las características del proceso sobre Lesiones Leves en el expediente N° 0862-2016-2-0501-JR-PE-01, del distrito judicial de Ayacucho, 2018? El objetivo fue: Determinar las Características del proceso sobre lesiones leves en el expediente N° 0862-2016-2-0501-JR-PE-01 del distrito judicial de Ayacucho, 2018. Es de tipo Básica, nivel descriptivo, enfoque cualitativo y diseño no experimental. La unidad de análisis fue un expediente judicial, seleccionado mediante muestreo por conveniencia; para recolectar los datos se utilizaron las técnicas de la observación y el análisis de contenido, y como instrumento una guía de observación. Los resultados revelaron en la investigación preparatoria, en la etapa intermedia y en el juzgamiento o juicio pertenecientes al proceso de primera instancia que fue de rango muy alta, alta y alta; mientras que el proceso de segunda instancia fue de rango alta y muy alta. En conclusión, la caracterización de la sentencia de primera y de segunda instancia, fueron alta y muy alta, respectivamente.
