Sumario:One of the common weaknesses observed in the external evaluation and accreditation processes of engineering programs in private and public Bolivian universities is the investigative component. This research aims to develop a methodology that allows strengthening the research of engineering careers from the classroom, through the training of knowledge managers.Based on the didactic engineering supported by the reverse class, the development of a final subject project was implemented by mainstreaming the research methodology for the elaboration of a project and development profile, the results are reflected in a final report according to the IMRAD format (introduction , methods and materials and discussion).In the sample subjects, it was possible to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the PDE educational teaching process, the student's satisfaction with the achievements achieved, and finally the ability acquired as a new knowledge manager.
