This research, with the purpose of determining the correlation between variables, studied the relationship of school performance in high school with the university academic performance of Scientific Research students who entered the Veterinary and Zootechnical Career - Northern Integral Faculty - Gabriel René Autonomous University Dark. For which a data collection sheet was prepared that was applied and answered by means of a survey to all the students in the first semester of the 2019 management career. Based on the results obtained and analyzed by the SPSS Pearson correlation test, the hypothesis raised is confirmed In the sense that there is a positive correlation, however, it is low between high school performance and university academic performance.
