The article was made with the formulation of the problem: What is the relationship that exists between the assembled families and the recognition of their fundamental rights, in the district of Ventanilla, 2020? The general objective was to determine the relationship that exists between Assembled families and the recognition of their fundamental rights, in the Ventanilla district, 2020. Likewise, its population was made up of 100 women from the Santa Rosa de Pachacutec Human Settlement in the Ventanilla district, the method used was the descriptive method; the technique, the survey; the instrument, the questionnaire. The conclusions established with the Spearman Rho correlation test, coefficient 0.846, that, if there is a very high degree of positive direct associativity between the context of the assembled families and the recognition of their fundamental rights in the mothers of the population of the Santa Rosa de Pachacútec Human Settlement of the Ventanilla 2020 district.
