Para obtener el resultado y medir el trabajo en equipo se hizo el tamaño de muestra a 58 trabajadores de la Empresa Nexxo. El trabajo en equipo es importante en toda organización, porque facilita las relaciones entre los trabajadores permitiendo que el cumplimiento de objetivos sea de manera eficaz y eficiente
