En el presente trabajo académico se presenta el Caso Clínico de un paciente varón de 32 años de edad, el cual ingresa por presentar: alucinaciones, dilusiones de daño, desaliño personal, signos de auto y heteroagresion desde la última semana previa a su ingreso rompió los vidrios de su dormitorio, su televisor lo lanzo a la calle, paciente no acepta la medicación rescrita se tornaba agresivo tras insistencia y/o lo tiraba al piso, por todo lo antes mencionado es llevado al servicio de emergencia y luego internado en el Servicio de Psiquiatría del Hospital Hipólito Unánue de Tacna con el Diagnostico Medico: Esquizofrenia Paranoide. Teniendo como dominios alterados: Promoción de la Salud, Actividad y reposo, Percepción - cognición, Rol/ Relaciones, Seguridad y protección. |
