description El presente estudio tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación que existe entre la Interacción terapéutica y calidad del cuidado enfermero en la unidad de emergencia del Hospital de primer nivel - Cono Norte, Lima 2018. El método que se utilizó fue descriptivo, con diseño correlacional que busca la relación entre las variables, de corte transversal y de tipo cuantitativa. La muestra de estudio estuvo conformada por 210 pacientes de ambos sexos. Para la recolección de datos se utilizó como instrumento 2 listas de cotejo sustentados por los investigadores Huamaní & Jaulis con una confiabilidad del 0.920 y 0.915 (38).
